Peerless Electric recently finished constructing a new tilt-up constructed building as the new headquarters of the company. This 1.68 acre infill parcel in West Jordan is surrounded by land that was already developed. IRE Civil designed the site to maximize the extents of the property through underground storm retention, while keeping to minimum grades for maximum site usability. Working closely with the client, contractor, architect and city, IRE Civil helped create a beautiful new building to the West Jordan landscape.
